Meet The 2022 Executive Judges

Andile Ngcaba is chairman, founder and majority shareholder of investment group Convergence Partners.

Through Convergence Partners, Andile is also involved in significant new communications infrastructure projects across Africa including Seacom (the first undersea fibre optic cable system serving Africa’s East Coast) which was ready for service on 23 July 2009, the first private sector satellite in Africa (Intelsat New Dawn) which was launched on 22 April 2011 and a recently announced new joint venture to bring high capacity, long-haul terrestrial fibre to South Africa (FibreCo).

Andile was previously Director General of Communications in the first democratically elected government of South Africa in 1994. He left Government in 2003 to pursue a career in the private sector.

Anne Robinson is the Chief Strategy Officer for Kinaxis.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Anne is responsible for accelerating Kinaxis strategy development to add continued value to customers. Her team drives the strategic roadmap, delivers thought leadership and identifies emerging trends.  A proven leader in analytics and digital transformation, Anne has extensive experience in managing supply chains for global organizations. As Executive Director, Global Supply Chain Strategy at Verizon, Anne was responsible for the strategic vision of the global supply chain, driving excellence through analytics and process innovation. Previously, Anne worked at Cisco where she managed advanced analytics and business performance teams.  Anne is a past president of INFORMS, a seasoned industry speaker and serves on several advisory boards. She is the founding editor of INFORMS Editor’s Cut. Anne has a BScH from Acadia University, MASc from the University of Waterloo and MSc and PhD from Stanford University.

Detlef Schultz is the Co-founder, Vision & Customers at akirolabs as well as an Experienced Member Board Of Directors with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. He is a strong business development professional skilled in Negotiation, Mobile Communications, International Business, Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Sourcing.

Koray Kose is a Management analyst and multi-lingual thought leader, researcher, and published author specializing in working with CSCOs, CPOs, CIOs and other C-Level Executives with 20+ years of success in developing global supply chain and sourcing strategies, re-engineering and transforming business processes, and maximizing financial resources. He is experienced in designing new business frameworks, risk and governance processes and deploying full scale ERP and procure to pay systems to drive efficiencies through digital transformation. He is an expert in industries such as automotive, pharma, life sciences, IT, electronics and FMCG. Koray has written articles for and has been quoted in publications such as The New York Times, The Economist, Forbes, The Washington Post, Financial Management Magazine, ABC News, Supply Chain Brain, ISM Magazine, and Supply Chain Management Review and has appearances as guest speaker on television news channels such as CNBC and CNA.

Tonya Jackson, With over 30 years of experience, Jackson is responsible for Lexmark’s award-winning imaging technology product delivery. She leads the combined hardware and supplies development, supply chain, manufacturing, and service delivery organizations. Jackson helps Improve the customer experience by integrating product lifecycle management strategies across the very talented Lexmark organization.
